There are some women who are particularly susceptible to having a blood clot. So, if you have had previous clot problems, then you are likely to have more of these.

So, there are some simple things that you can do to improve your circulation and that way, your chances of avoiding having a blood clot will be much better.

Some people will need to take medications such as those that are used to treat high blood pressure. Others may also need to use an electrocardiogram to monitor the heart beat and pulse rate.
